Submit an enquiry
Your club contacts us with details about your requirements and team size. If you have pictures of your current vest, you can share these at this time as well.

Check fit and fabrics
We send sample vests in all sizes plus physical samples of all 9 fabrics for your club to review before ordering.

Choose your construction
Select stitched or heat-sealed seams, then confirm the fabric that suit your club.

Design approval
Once you approve the digital mock-up, we'll send an invoice for a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before your order is dispatched.

Production and delivery
Before the production run starts we always print your design in miniature form onto your chosen fabric. This step is a final check that the colours are correct on your chosen fabric - if needed, colour changes can be made.
Once production has completed and the vests have landed in the UK, the remaining 50% balance is due before we dispatch the completed vests to your club.
